ABOUT PINO'S COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Pino's Commercial Development is a multi-phase construction project, aiming to bring over 100,000 sq. feet of commercial retail & service space to Sault Ste. Marie's fastest growing retail district. The development will be anchored by the highly anticipated 2nd location of Pino's Get Fresh supermarket, welcoming complimentary businesses and/or services to locate alongside us. The first phase of construction has already begun, which includes our initial 'build to suit' tenant, as well as fully signalized traffic lights, which will allow ease of access to significant neighbouring businesses. 

LOCATION

The Pino's Commercial Development is strategically and conveniently located in the 400 block of Great Northern Rd. in Sault Ste. Marie ON. at the major intersection of 2nd Line and Great Northern Rd. This high traffic intersection is home to existing major retailers such as Walmart, Home Depot and LCBO, and is often considered as the most thriving district within the city. With schools & residential neighborhoods just blocks away, many other small retailers and restaurants have settled along this part of the Great Northern strip. Located along the Trans-Canada Highway, there is no shortage of vehicle or pedestrian traffic, with city bus access and numerous hotels just footsteps away. The location is prime and is amongst the top retail/commercial space available within Sault Ste. Marie. 

SITE PLAN

To be anchored by the second location of Pino's Get Fresh Supermarket, the development will have opportunities for over 40,000 sq. ft. of leasable, "Build to Suit" tenants. The plan is currently scheduled to roll out in multiple phases, with Site "G" currently under construction and committed to a future lease, with doors expected to open for business in 2021. Pino's Get Fresh intends to begin construction in Spring of 2021, in anticipation of a 2022 store opening. The site plan features multiple access points, including fully signalized traffic lights at the Great Northern Rd. entrance. There will be an abundance of parking & greenery, both of which been implemented to satisfy city standards.
